Both the Scottish Fire and Rescue Service and Police Scotland raced to Denmark Street after receiving reports of a building blaze at around 1.15pm. Eight fire appliances arrived at the incident to tackle the blaze whilst officers cordoned off the street.
However, images from the scene appear to show fire crews leaving the area.
