Central Park bicyclist reacts to assault on sunbather
According to a perp sketch obtained by The Post, the pervert has a dark-colored beard cut close to his jawline, a mustache and curly hairCops previously described him as a 6-foot-tall black man in his 30s with a medium build. At the time of the attack, he was wearing a baseball cap, a light-colored shirt and shorts, cops said.
He first exposed himself to her before tackling her as she tried to run away, NYPD Chief of Patrol John Chell said.
