A recent ruling from U.S. District Judge Reed O’Connor imperils preventive care requirements of the Affordable Care Act, especially coverage for PrEP, which is so effective in preventing HIV.SAN ANTONIO — Time will tell if U.S. District Judge Reed O’Connor’s ruling this month gutting the preventive care requirements of the Affordable Care Act will be upheld.
