Their disruption of Parliament has now become so trite and predictable as to be irritating. If, as they keep telling all and sundry, they do not want to hear what the incumbent president has to say, then they should just stay at home.
If, however, they want to engage and challenge the president creatively on the state of the nation, the system provides for them to challenge the president during the official question session. Or they could also hold a peaceful placard-bearing demonstration just before the speech, so we know what it is they want to say.But they have no right to disrupt the proceedings, therefore denying the general populace the opportunity to hear what the president has to say to the nation.
