Eskom bosses are concerned that the Bowmans preliminary investigation report findings could come under scrutiny by the Competition Tribunal and the Equality Court, following charges of anticompetitive behaviour against the state-owned power producer.
These concerns come after an urgent application was filed against Eskom at the Competition Tribunal a little over a week ago by Econ Oil.
