The arrival of the Phelo Phepa train has brought quality health services and relief for those nervous about contracting the virus.

Health MEC Sindisiwa Gomba says the train will go to underdeveloped areas where people are not adhering to the lockdown.

"In rural areas, people are still outside and attending funerals.
