After Tito Sotto aired his side of the story on the controversy surrounding “Eat Bulaga,” Boy Abunda, who earlier had an interview with TAPE executive Bullet Jalosjos, clarified that the King of Talk reached out to show producer Tony Tuviera but he chose to keep mum on the issue.

During the “Fast Talk with Boy Abunda” episode on Wednesday, April 26, Abunda talked about the statements made by Sotto which refuted Bullet’s claims on Tony’s retirement and on the show being financially stable.“I would like the public to know na bago namin ma-interview si Mayor Bullet Jalosjos, ako’y tumawag [nang] personal kay Mr. Tony Tuviera, Mike Tuviera—na mga kaibigan ko, pamilya ko—and other people involved sa usaping ito,” the TV host said, referring to Tony and his son.
