EasyJet PLC said Tuesday that Chief Financial Officer Andrew Findlay plans to leave the company in May 2021. The U.K. low-cost airline said it will now start a search for a successor. Mr. Findlay will continue with his existing responsibilities in the meantime, the company said. Mr. Findlay's plans to leave the company come after easyJet shareholders voted against resolutions for his removal, alongside those of Chairman John Barton, Chief Executive Johan Lundgren, and Independent Nonexecutive Director Andreas Bierwirth, in an extraordinary meeting held last week at the request of majority shareholder and owner of easyGroup Holdings Stelios Haji-Ioannou.
