The easterlies are affecting several parts of the Philippines, according to PAGASA’s daily weather forecast on Sunday afternoon.

The country will be having partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers and thunderstorms due to the combined effects of the easterlies and localized thunderstorms.
