JOHANNESBURG - Transport Minister Blade Nzimande says police visibility has played a major role in reducing road deaths this Easter weekend."Ideally, we wouldn't like to see a single soul lose their life on the road, but right now we are happy because nationally, in terms of fatalities, we are down 41 percent, which is very significant."
