All eastbound lanes of Interstate 580 in Oakland were reopened as of late Wednesday night following a shooting investigation.

The eastbound lanes of Interstate 580 have reopened in Oakland due to a shooting investigation, CHP said. The incident happened at around 8:30 p.m. near the Seminary Avenue off ramp , not far from the Highway 13 split.
