The Arizona Department of Transportation advises drivers to plan for lane restrictions on the eastbound lanes of Interstate 10 between Riggs Road and the Gila River Bridges fromThe left lane will be closed. The right lane will remain open. Motorists are advised to expect delays and seek an alternate route. ADOT advises drivers to slow down and use caution around maintenance personnel and equipment in all work zones.I-10 Pavement Improvement Project: Riggs Road to the Gila River Bridges
. The purpose of the project is to improve safety and driving conditions on the existing roadway and extend the life of the pavement.
