People of all ages came together at CS Lewis Square
A cultural extravaganza with an international flavour took place recently in East Belfast, with the Halloween Cultural Festival and Big Lunch.
With Halloween just around the corner the event took on a spooktacular theme and participants were encouraged to dress for the occasions, with spot prizes for the scariest costume with more than a few ghost, ghouls and witches in attendance. Radius Housing have a Shared Housing Development in Global Crescent in the Ravenhill area of Belfast, while Apex Housing manage another one in Ballynafoy Close.
The programme has its origins in the NI Executive Together: Building a United Community Strategy which reflects the Executive’s commitment to improving community relations and continuing the journey towards a more united and shared society. “It is important that we provide opportunities to bring people together to share their cultures and experience with each other.
