Area shelters’ dogs and cats need their “forever” homes.
Lilian doesn’t need a lot of active play or long outings and she loves hanging with her people. We think she’d make an excellent office assistant or executive lap warmer. Lilian can be nervous with dogs but got along well with polite small dogs in her foster home. The East Bay SPCA offers walk-in adoptions at its Oakland and Dublin campuses from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Wednesday through Sunday.
