One of the greatest rushing performance in NFL history was big for the Eagles, and just as big for the Seahawks.
The Seattle Seahawks took care of their business when they beat the Arizona Cardinals at home. However, their lead in the NFC West would’ve only lasted a few hours had the Los Angeles Rams beaten the red-hot Philadelphia Eagles. Saquon Barkley made sure that not only would his Eagles enhance their grip on the NFC East lead, but that the Seahawks would enter December in the driver’s seat in the much more tightly contested NFC West.
Of course, Barkley just gave the Seahawks first place in the NFC West by handing the Rams a devastating defeat. Seattle is a full game ahead of Los Angeles and owns the head-to-head tiebreaker over the Cardinals. Meanwhile, what’s left of the San Francisco 49ers predictably got blown out 38-10 by the Green Bay Packers. No Brock Purdy, no Trent Williams, no Nick Bosa, no hope. It wasn’t close and the 49ers remain in last place and have a brutal trip to Buffalo coming up next Sunday. 1.
