Carter is tied for second on the team in sacks with 3.5. The Eagles had success with the five-man defensive line last week. If they employ the same strategy, Carter could force double teams, allowing edge rushers Haason Reddick and Josh Sweat to get opportunities to sack Tagovailoa and hit him, which could impact him as the game progresses.
