It looks like 'Bachelorette' Jenn Tran and her 25 suitors aren't the only ones who've taken up residence in the show's new mansion: Rats have as well. The 21st season of “The Bachelorette” is the first to be filmed at at Hummingbird Nest Ranch in Simi Valley, California, rather than the home in Agoura Hills, California where seasons traditionally unfold. The mansion certainly had surprises, beyond its new interiors.
