E-Motion Wellness, a North Side therapy center, brings a new approach to fighting substance abuse and mental health disorders.
Jason Turner designed the interior of his business, E-Motion Wellness , with bright colors and funky furniture, so it would look unlike therapy centers where his clients might have been unable to get help. He wants them to think, “This doesn’t look like your typical therapy office” — dissuading them from assuming they’re on track for more failure in their struggle against addiction or mental health problems. “Most of the people that we get have been to other programs.
