Ohio State forward E.J. Liddell has been named first-team All-Big Ten for the second straight season, and made the conference's All-Defensive team as well.

Junior forward E.J. Liddell was honored as such by both the conference coaches and media Tuesday, joining Iowa forward Keegan Murray, Illinois center Kofi Cockburn, Wisconsin guard Johnny Davis and Purdue guard Jaden Ivey. Cockburn, Murray and Davis were unanimous selection by the coaches, while Murray and Cockburn were selected unanimously by the media.

As a sophomore in 2020-21, Liddell was named a first-team honoree by the conference coaches and made the second team on the media ballot. Liddell was the first Buckeye to receive first-team All-Big Ten recognition since Keita Bates-Diop in 2017-18.Liddell leads the Buckeyes with averages of 19.4 points and 7.9 rebounds per game, fourth and seventh-best in the conference, respectively, as the only Ohio State player to start all 29 regular seasons games.
