Dylan Harper, Rutgers basketball's biggest recruiting target, was on campus this weekend.

Matt Cichocki gathered his courage: The 16-year-old from Bridgewater was the first of many people to ask Harper for a photo, and Harper happily obliged. Cichocki didn’t ask Harper if he’s coming to Rutgers, but he has a good feeling. “They’re about to be the whole Rutgers basketball team starting next year, hopefully,” said 19-year-old Anthony. “Dylan Harper hasn’t officially committed yet but if he does, we’re hopefully going to be running Big Ten basketball.”
