Sean Dyche is considering changes for Everton's next fixtures with James Garner and Andre Gomes considered for starting roles
Sean Dyche has favoured the partnership of Idrissa Gueye, Abdoulaye Doucoure and Amadou Onana for much of his time at Everton and believes they deserve credit for their efforts in helping the club survive relegation from the Premier League.
Yet the return to fitness of Dwight McNeil means he can now consider James Garner as an option in the middle and Andre Gomes is also in his thoughts - as is the potential for playing 4-4-2. Dyche said the prospect of Beto and Dominic Calvert-Lewin playing alongside each other was something that he would consider, but suggested it may be too early in the players’ relationship to deploy just yet. A more likely contender as a support striker may be Arnaut Danjuma once Jack Harrison, who played for Everton Under-21s on Friday as he stepped up his recovery from injury, is considered available for the first team.
