Just three tenants remain at the Harrisburg Mall on Paxton Street — Applebee’s, Bass Pro Shops and Second & Charles. Proposed lot No. 2 between the convenience store and Applebee’s and along Paxton Street will be home to a 3,195-square-foot restaurant.
