The"Dancing with the Stars" pro, 38, also recalled going down a"slippery slope" of smoking meth as a young teenager.

Burgess admitted she started using meth due to a knee injury but reflected on her"moment of clarity" when she realized she needed to quit as soon as possible.
"I was sitting there watching this pipe pass around and the universe, God — whoever you call it — gave me this moment and I saw everybody sitting opposite me with complete clarity of what my future looked like."She went on to say at the time she was an Australian champion ballroom dancer and knew she had to immediately make lifestyle changes.
