A wide range of benefits available to those who live with a disability will increase in just a couple of weeks.
According to Chancellor Jeremy Hunt, five-and-a-half million households will see an average increase of £470. The increase will also affect other components related to disability benefits.Here's a breakdown of how all the major disability benefits will increase from April. Different components are handed out separately or at the same time depending on how much help the claimant needs with basic day-to-day activities.The mobility component will receive the following new weekly rates from April:
