Dvorak is a significant reason why they're 21-12-7 and in playoff position just before the halfway point. The biggest debate with Dvorak's extension will likely revolve around the term. Five years will be seen as a lot for a player entering his 30s. And that's a fair concern. But there's compromise in every deal. Dvorak's money could turn into a bargain as the cap continues to rise. And the Flyers have been a team desperate for center depth.
