MAYNILA — Handa umano si Pangulong Rodrigo Duterte na subukan ang bakuna kontra COVID-19 na dine-develop ng Russia.
"Maligayang maligaya ako, ang Russia, kaibigan natin ito. Wala tayong away sa Russia, kaibigan natin. Ang ano nila, magbigay sila ng bakuna. Wala naman silang sinasabi na bayaran mo," ani Duterte. Nauna nang inanunsiyo ng Russian Embassy na hindi itong makipagtulungan sa Pilipinas para sa lokal na produksiyon ng kanilang bakuna.
