Valya (Emily Watson) centers herself by chanting "Sisterhood above all" in Dune: Prophecy Season 1 Ep 3
Dune: Prophecy episode 4's ending leaves audiences with a ton of new material to unpack, creating even more questions and offering very few answers. The HBO prequel series is set 10,000 years before Denis Villenueve's movies on the Dune timeline, examining an earlier stage of the Sisterhood, House Harkonnen, and other notable factions. The TV show is inspired by the classic Dune books as well as the expanded novels by Brian Herbert and Kevin J.
These visions don't turn out to be true, at least not yet, and Tula finds Lila awake again. Lila's eyes have turned blue from the spice, and she finds Mother Superior Racquella's genetic indexing computer technology, questioning Tula about what she's seeing. It's unclear what her exact state is now that she's returned or how she'll react to discovering the banned technology being used by the Sisterhood.

The Face Dancers in the books are a result of genetic engineering from an organization called the Bene Tleilax, or the Tleilaxu. The Tleilaxu existed during and after the Butlerian Jihad, known as the Tlulaxa then, though they were widely hated and ostracized.

In his monologue at the assembly in episode 4, he speaks in a way that demonstrates his reverence toward the worm, further enforcing the idea that he experienced some sort of deity while inside it. Or, at least, something he perceives as a deity.
