As Timothée Chalamet and Zendaya return to lead Dune: Part Three this December, the next outing's runtime sets a new record for the hit trilogy. Warner Bros. released Dune: Part Three IMAX tickets to go on sale starting April 6, with the film's listing on major cinema chains finally confirming how long the 2026 sci-fi will be.
According to AMC and Regal, Dune: Part Three's runtime is two hours and 20 minutes. At 140 minutes, Dune: Part Three is now the shortest film in Denis Villeneuve's Dune franchise, which comes as a surprise given the increasing scale and scope of the story across each installment. Dune: Part Two remains the longest film at two hours and 46 minutes, while Dune: Part One's runtime falls in the middle at two hours and 35 minutes.
