SuperSport looked to bounce back from their loss to Orlando Pirates and made just one change, as Aubrey Ngoma got his first start while Galaxy recalled Carlos Filipetto and Mlungisi Mbunjana.
United cracked first though after a back-pass from Keenan Phillips was intercepted by Kwem, who teed-up Orebotse Mongae for a first-time finish on 12 minutes. Galaxy didn’t let the visitors' response get to them, but remained calm and at that forced United to concede chances from balls out wide and through the middle of the park.
