BACOLOD CITY – A man was hacked to death after he allegedly went berserk in Purok Crisjun, Barangay Rafaela Barrera, Sagay City, Negros Occidental on Sunday, October 8.
Investigation said the victim was reportedly drunk and entered a property and started smashing the window of the 54-year-old suspect whose name was also withheld by the police.
The victim was taken to Alfredo Marañon District Memorial Hospital in Sagay City where he was declared dead.Meanwhile, the body of a 61-year-old man with a bullet wound in the left ear was found in Purok Mahogany, Barangay Bagong Silang, Don Salvador Benedicto, Negros Occidental on Friday, October 7.Lawmen have yet to establish the motive of the shooting.
