An elementary school teacher from Ozamiz City went viral on social media after she uploaded a video of her jamming with her students on May 18, 2023.

“Lunch break na sana pero sabi ng mga bata, ‘Teacher kanta muna tayo,’ so naghanap ako ng random songs na familiar sa kanila,” she told The Philippine STAR. “Musically inclined na po talaga ako. Papa at Mama ko marunong din sa mga instruments. Thankful nga ako dahil may alam ako kunti sa instrument, ito yong tumulong sa aking pag-aaral way back college days, naging scholar ako kasi isa ako sa member ng band sa school,” she recalled.

She added that she loves both music and teaching, that is why she is happy to do both in her profession.
