Hanif Hall faces a much longer sentence on drug trafficking charges in federal court this fall.
A Harrisburg man who commandeered a Pennsylvania State Police car and led police on a short but chaotic chase through Middlesex and Silver Spring townships in Cumberland County last August is facing at least 10 years behind bars.
Hanif Hall, police said, tried to flee the initial traffic stop on Interstate 81 last Aug. 4 because the car he and co-defendant Malik Clover were riding in was packed with illegal drugs.
