RICHMOND — The driver in a 2021 fatal collision has pleaded no contest to driving drunk in a plea deal that led to a one-year sentence and a five-year probation term, court records show.
Katriece Irving, 33, pleaded no contest to a charge of drunken driving causing injury within 10 years of a prior DUI offense, and was sentenced to a year of confinement, a 5-year probation term and is required to take an 18-month drunk driving program, court records show.
