A motorist admitted being on his phone when he struck another car. That problem was just one of many he later faced.
Drunken driving: Pearl Road
An inventory was taken of the car prior to it being towed. The officer found an opened and empty “cocktail” container on the floorboard. The victim said he did not know the man. A report was completed. The officer told the victim to contact Southwest Dispatch if he learned more details about the motorcycle.
She said no one else had access to it, but she noticed that one of her key fobs was missing. She said she may have left it in her locked car overnight.The Flock camera system located the car at 5 a.m. near Bagley Road and Interstate 71. It was listed as stolen.An officer at 11:34 p.m. Aug. 12 saw a car that had “extremely” dark window tint, making it impossible for him to see any of the occupants.
