A driver fleeing from a traffic stop crashed and hit five pedestrians, killing three, the Everett Police Department said.
a traffic stop was attempted by a different agency outside of Everett police jurisdiction, the Snohomish County Sheriff's Office.Around 12:45 a.m., the Everett Fire Department said the fleeing driver crashed, striking five people. one with back and legs injuries, the other with multiple traumatic injuries. Officials said all of the victims were adults.Police said those inside the car ran away after the crash. Three juvenile boys were found in the area and detained but were then released to their families.
