A 34-year-old Linden man died following the crash late Tuesday in North Brunswick, the Middlesex County Prosecutor's Office said.
Egrevel Vasquez-Garcia, 27, of Hightstown, was driving south at about 11:50 p.m. in the area of Washington Place when he struck another vehicle, the Middlesex County Prosecutor’s Office said Thursday.
Another car and a tractor-trailer were also involved in the crash, though the prosecutor’s office didn’t explain their roles. A spokeswoman for the prosecutor’s office declined to offer information on why Vasquez-Garcia was charged, saying only that the crash remains under investigation.
