A driver has been charged after a man was found dead on a Sydney road following an alleged hit-and-run incident.
CCTV footage obtained by 9News shows a black sedan driving down the street a short time later. The driver, a 31-year-old man, has been charged with dangerous driving occasioning death. Paramedics and police attended the scene and treated the victim for serious head injuries by 3am, but he was declared dead at the scene.
