Lancashire Constabulary said they were called to reports of a collision on Whittingham Lane in Preston on Tuesday . Officers said the incident involved a Mondeo, a HGV and a parked car.
The driver of the Mondeo, a woman in her 30s from Chorley, was arrested on suspicion of drink driving. micrograms of alcohol per 100 millimetres of breath.In a statement on X this afternoon , Lancs Road Police said: "On Tuesday we were called to reports of a collision between a Mondeo, a HGV, and a parked car on Whittingham Lane Preston. The driver of the Mondeo, a woman in her 30s from Chorley, was arrested on suspicion of drink driving after blowing 177, over 5 times the legal limit.
