Vegeta recently unlocked an all-new power he learned while training with a God of Destruction, but Android 17 basically already beat him to the punch.
Despite the fact that Android 17 isn’t exactly a ‘household name’ when it comes to the most popular Dragon Ball characters, he has certainly made a name for himself within early every era of the series, including Dragon Ball GT, where 17 seemingly mastered Vegeta’s strongest form way before the Saiyan Prince did in Dragon Ball Super.
