Rob Lieber penned the screenplay, while EGOT winners Benj Pasek and Justin Paul are working on original songs for the project. The feature is based on Dr. Seuss’ last published book of the same name, which was released in 1990. The acclaimed children’s book author died the following year at age 87.hails from Dr. Seuss Enterprises and Bad Robot. The movie, which is seen as a priority for the studio, countssince 2021, with Culton joining him as director last year.
