There are some familiar names in the best-seller chart on Amazon this week with Michael Mosley leading the pack
Dr Michael Mosley's health and fitness book Just One Thing is currently selling for less than half price on Amazon. The book, based on the health guru's BBC podcast of the same name, has a recommended retail price of £9.99.
The description reads: "Based on the popular BBC podcast, Just One Thing, this book brings to life Dr Mosley's mission to unearth small, simple things you can introduce into your routine which will have a big impact on your mental and physical health. The book is number one in the best-sellers for health and fitness on Amazon, just ahead of Dr Petter Attia's Outlive: The science and art of longevity.
Third in the chart this week is Joe Wicks' The Body Coach: 15 minutes a day. It is available in hardback for £11 and on Kindle for £9.99. "From delicious recipes whipped up in moments, to workouts you can do on your lunch break, Joe Wicks will show you easy wins for a happier and healthier life."
