Officers are still investigating the motive and circumstances surrounding the homicide
At approximately 2:38 AM, officers responded to a report of a person shot on the 100 block of South Second Street in a parking lot, where they found the victim with at least one gunshot wound. Despite emergency response efforts from officers and medical personnel, the man was pronounced dead at the scene.The Santa Clara County Coroner’s Office have not yet released the man’s identity.
