OAKLAND — A male victim’s death in a downtown Oakland block Wednesday morning was under investigation as a homicide, authorities said.
When officers arrived, they found a male victim with traumatic injuries and summoned first responders, who pronounced the victim dead at the scene. The man’s identity was not available, pending next-of-kin notification. No arrests have been announced.
