update 7.36b have been released and while there are a lot of expected nerfs to top heroes such as Sand King, Wraith King and other heroes who are not kings, there are also a lot of changes to items to keep things fresh.
A lot of heroes have been hit with the nerf hammer in 7.36b, with the biggest losers seemingly being the two kings. Sand King has been a menace in pub games since, so much so that even I managed to dominate a game on him last night, going 10/3/23 from the offlane in a 28-minute game. Now the radius of Sandstorm when you take the Dust Devil facet has been reduced but has been increased when you take the Sand Shroud facet.
A lot of other heroes have been changed, with most of the changes being target at the stronger heroes and bringing them more in line with others. You can see them all in theHowever, a lot of items have also seen changes in 7.36b. Windwaker gets yet another nerf, as does Eternal Shroud which has been way too strong recently.
The patch arrives days before the regional qualifiers for The International 2024 are due to kick off, where teams from around the world will be competing for a spot at the biggestto the competition.
