Meanwhile, National Institute of Occupational Safety and Health trainer Ruzita Mohd Shariff said many companies had adopted the work-from-home culture and virtual meetings since the start of the Covid-19 pandemic.“For instance, they can dictate rules such as turning on the camera during online meetings,” she said.
