Lori Vallow and her husband Chad Daybell are being investigated for conspiracy, attempted murder and murder, according to Idaho prosecutors.
last week by the Idaho attorney general’s office and the Fremont County prosecutor’s office in Idaho., have identified the individual as Daybell’s former wife, Tammy Daybell, who died last October.Chad Daybell and Lori Vallow married a couple of weeks after the unexpected death of Daybell's previous wife, who died in her sleep. Her body was later exhumed for testing.
A representative for the Fremont County prosector’s office and the AG’s office declined to comment when reached by HuffPost Thursday.Lori Vallow’s two children, Tylee Ryan, 17, and Joshua “JJ” Vallow, 7, haven't been seen since September. Vallow and Daybell moved to Hawaii shortly after the investigation was launched and, after failing to comply with a court order to produce the children, Vallow was arrested in February for two felony counts of desertion and nonsupport of dependent children.Lori Vallow Daybell is seen during a hearing on March 6 in Rexburg, Idaho.
