Former President Donald Trump is expected to speak at a private airport in Austin today in an apparent attempt to take some of the Texas spotlight from Vice President Kamala Harris , who is headed to Houston for a star-studded rally focused on abortion access. He is set to address supporters and reporters about immigration and the border, his signature issue and one that polling shows is a top concern for Texas voters, especially Republicans .
