Donald Trump's onetime lawyer and fixer Michael Cohen acknowledged under questioning on Wednesday (October 25) by an attorney for the former U.S. president that he has a financial incentive to criticize his ex-boss but defended his credibility as he testified in a civil fraud trial over Trump's business dealings.

Secret Service agents ran after Trump as he abruptly left New York Supreme Court after Judge Arthur Engoron denied his defense team’s request for an immediate verdict, NBC News reported.

Engoron fined Trump $10,000 for violating a gag order. Numerous heated exchanges ensued as Cohen took the stand on Tuesday and Wednesday, including during his cross-examination.
