It was that phone call, Trump said during an appearance on the “Flagrant” podcast, that influenced his statement calling on the Alabama Legislature to protect in vitro fertilization treatment.
The decision, which said that the couples whose embryos were destroyed can sue for wrongful death, was made by the Alabama Supreme Court, not a single judge.“And she told me. I said, ‘No, it’s a great thing. It’s helping women have babies,’” the former president recalled.
