DONALD TRUMP was so outraged by an accusation that his hands are particularly small that he continued to badger the originator of the rumour with photographs for years.
In 1988, then-editor of Vanity Fair Graydon Carter described him as a “short-fingered vulgarian” in Spy magazine. According to Mr Carter, he wrote the comment to “drive him a little crazy” and his plan seems to have worked.
